Your workday, in your pocket.
PSM Office brings attendance, tasks, projects, leave, documents and support into one focused Android app — built for the people who keep the office moving.
For PSM Office employees and interns. Distributed internally, not through Google Play.
A calmer way to run your day.
PSM Office is the internal Android app for the PSM Office team. It brings the things you need during work — attendance, assigned tasks, project information, daily reports, documents and support — into one mobile workspace.
Sign in with the employee or intern ID created by your office. The app works with the same office system your administrator uses, so updates to tasks, announcements and attendance settings appear where you need them.
Everything between check-in and check-out.
Six everyday tools, one sign-in. Open the app in the morning, keep work moving during the day, and close out your hours before you leave.
Attendance that keeps up
Check in and out from Home, or use Check in with location on the Attendance screen to attach your GPS position. See your timeline, working hours and monthly history in one view.
Tasks with context
See what's due today, what's overdue and what's next. Open a task for its details, update the status and keep work moving without opening a laptop.
Projects and daily reports
Browse company projects, progress, deadlines and team members. Submit your daily report and review your work summary, attendance context and time off.
Leave and calendar
Apply for leave, follow the status of requests and see days marked absent. The calendar brings leave, task deadlines, birthdays and personal notes together.
Documents in reach
Open shared documents, read the details and upload files when the office needs them — without digging through email or waiting for a desktop.
Help and announcements
Raise an IT, HR or facilities request and follow every reply in one thread. Company announcements and app notifications keep you in the loop.
From download to first check-in.
Four steps, about two minutes. You'll need your PSM Office employee or intern ID and the password sent to your registered email.
Download the APK
Tap Download APK and save psm-office.apk to your phone. The file is
about 60 MB, so use Wi-Fi if you can.
Allow the install
Open the downloaded file. If Android blocks it, allow installs from your browser or Files app. On many phones: Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps.
Install and open
Confirm the install, then open PSM Office. Install only from this page or a link shared by your administrator — the app is distributed directly by PSM Office.
Sign in and allow access
Use the employee or intern ID and temporary password from your email. Allow location for attendance and notifications for updates, then change your password.
First sign-in checklist
- Look in spam or junk if the credentials email hasn't arrived.
- Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password and use the 6-digit email code.
- Quick check-in from Home records time; Check in with location adds GPS.
- Location is only used for attendance entries.
- Notifications can be changed later in Android Settings.
- To update, install the new APK over the old one — no uninstall needed.
A day with PSM Office.
The app follows the shape of a normal workday. Start with attendance, work from the Home screen, and close the day with your report and check-out.
Check in
Open Home and tap Check In. For a GPS-tagged record, go to Attendance and choose Check in with location. Late status appears against the office start time set by your administrator.
Work from one screen
Home surfaces overdue and today's tasks, announcements, documents, your work summary, calendar and support. Open a task to update its status as you go.
Close the loop
Submit or update your daily report, then check out from Home or Attendance. Your hours and monthly history stay available in the Attendance tab.
Handle the rest
Apply for leave, check absence days, find a colleague, raise a support request, update your profile or change your password from the More menu.

The short answers to the things people usually ask before their first sign-in.
Is PSM Office on Google Play?
No. This is an internal release distributed directly by PSM Office. Download it from this page or a link shared by your administrator. Do not install copies from other sources.
Which Android phones are supported?
The app supports Android 7.0 (API 24) and above. This is a universal APK covering arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86 and x86_64 devices. It is not available for iPhone.
Why does Android block the install?
Android protects you from installing apps outside the Play Store by default. When prompted, allow installs from the browser or Files app you used, then try again. The setting is usually under Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps. Menu names vary slightly by phone.
How do I get my login details?
Your administrator creates your account and emails your employee or intern ID and a temporary password to your registered address. Check spam or junk if you don't see it. Sign in, then change the password from Settings.
I forgot my password. What now?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter your employee or intern ID. A 6-digit reset code is sent to your registered email. Enter the code and choose a new password. If the email doesn't arrive, ask your administrator to verify your address.
Why does the app ask for location?
Location is used for attendance records when you choose Check in with location. The position is recorded with that attendance entry. Quick check-in from Home records time without requesting location.
Which permissions does the app request?
The app requests internet access, location for attendance and notifications for updates. Camera, microphone and broad storage permissions are not requested.
How do I update to a newer version?
Download the new APK from this page and install it over the existing app. Your data stays in place because the package name and signing certificate are unchanged. You don't need to uninstall first.
Does the app show leave balances?
Leave balances are not tracked in the app yet. You can apply for leave and follow request status, and the Leave screen shows days marked absent. Ask your administrator if you need your current balance.
